• Every content on this website,blog, web page, platform is property of the Khalqq e Khudaa. Copy, redistribution, publication etc of the content without prior permission of the concerned authority will be considered as plagiarism and violation of copy right act.
• Khalqq e Khudaa is not affiliated with any government, private institutions and/or corporations etc. It is owned and run by private individual(s) with aim to carry out non profit charity campaigns to support Education, Poverty Alleviation and Animal Welfare and similar social activities. 
• The content i.e. images, posts, testimonials etc posted on this website, blog, web page etc does not represent views/perceptions of any government/private organisations other than that of Khalqq e Khudaa. The views, articles, comments all are personal opinions and should be considered as it is.

• The name Khalqq e Khudaa is private intellectual property of the website, blog, web page owner/charity founder and cannot be used/represented at any place online and offline without prior permission of the organisation. 
• Khalqq e Khudaa operates from single office located in Islamabad, Pakistan, we do not (As of October 2021) operate from any other location within or outside Pakistan. If any user wishes to confirm our authenticity please do contact us on our sole contact email, at info.khalqekhuda@gmail.com. 
• The logo, name, slogan, images etc all are intellectual property of Khalqq e Khudaa non profit and its founder, and cannot/should not be used without prior consent/permission of the organisation. 
• Although we are a complete non profit charity, however to cover our operational/administration costs, employees salaries etc we Khalqq e Khudaa will use specified/declared amount from the donations/funds we receive. These will be add in annual audit as expenses incurred by the organisation. 
• Khalqq e Khudaa receives/plans to receive various amounts in shape of funds/donations from individuals/organisations through mediums such as online transfers, cash or cheque whichever is suitable. These payments will be made/received with pure purpose of charity causes and will be used for the same and will be recorded in our records. Such payments should not be considered as any kind of money laundering and such other shady activities. We strongly condemn money laundering and all other criminal activities where violation of law is committed on any scale. 
• As being a charity organisation we will may be receiving funds from anonymous donors, in all such cases we will only be responsible for any amount/funds once we will have received it in our possession, any prior matter related to that individual (donor/fundraiser) financially/socially will not be responsibility of Khalqq e Khudaa.
